I bought Alphie for my niece and it does not work… when the card is inserted into the slot in the front of Alphie, it says something like “Alphie cannot read this card”… Do you know what is wrong with it?
No, I don’t. But if you bought it from amazon.com, be sure to return it there. They’ll refund your money or send you a new one.
i have same issue.. seems dirt easyly gets in and mess up the lazer reader.
my grand daughter is so upset her toy friend is broke.
its not a cheap toy and we been realy carful not to leave it out of the back pack when not being played with too.
looking for support for this toy too.
I am having problems turning him on/off i recently changed the batteries and when i turned alphie back on it did a little noise and shuts back off what does this mean?
